Solar – No Loan – No Cost Program

You can now reduce your electricity rates by 20% – 40% and stop any future electric rate increases.

What does this mean?

This means that once we meet and you want to get the No Loan – No Cost Solar for your home; we schedule a FREE Home Solar Assessment. The Solar Inspector will then check to see if your home qualifies based on 3 easy steps; specified below.

Step 1 (No Cost)
House Must Qualify

  • Roof – Must have 3 layers or less and structural integrity
  • Electrical – 200 Amps & 1-2 Blanks
  • Trees – Check for shading

Step 2
Site Survey

Schedule a site survey with a Solar Inspector to check the 3 items listed in step 1.

Step 3
Installation

If your home qualifies; schedule your solar installation.

After the inspection the Solar Inspector sends us the report on these 3 items. If your home needs any of these to be upgraded; we review the cost and see if we can add them into the Solar System totally or partially. This way you don’t have to spend any money and save on your electric rate. Once this is covered and in agreement, we pull town permits for the Solar System. Permits can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the town. Once the permit is received, you can then schedule your Solar Installation.
